We are proud of the equipment we currently offer and future equipment we will be bringing into the gym. We offer equipment for multiple strength areas.
Strongman: stones, yokes, specialty bars, kegs, tires, rolling thunder (grip strength), etc.
Powerlifting: Ghost ER Rack, specialty bars, and chains
Bodybuilding: Seated Leg Press, Seated Calf Press, Peck Dec, Leg Extension, Leg Curl, Lat Pull Down, and Seated Row Machines.

Of course all equipment can be used by anyone! That is the whole point of the Lyft Station, we want your training to be beneficial to your needs and your goals.
